Meeting rhino vet, Dr William Fowlds, spurred her into motion to live her passion for rhino conservation, celebrating and showcasing the magnificent animals. We talk about peak performance, holistic approach to health, and living a passionate, playful, life on purpose - accepting responsibility for your life and then developing a warrior mindset. Sharon showcases the beauty, green spaces, and wild places of the Eastern Cape, in and around Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) (Baakens Valley, Addo Elephant Park, Kragga Kamma Game Reserve). She is planning a “Karoo run” through game reserves (from the Augrabies waterfalls in the Northern Cape to the Eastern Cape), with future plans of introducing the African Safari to the US.
